Experience:

• At least 6 years

• Graduate from any reputed Public or Private University 

• At least 6 years

• Job experience: Minimum 6 years of prior working experiences.
• Experience with client facing role, specializing in INGO/development sector is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of the International NGO landscape and the role of mobile financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bengali language

Context:

Drive business through collaborating with of International NGOs/ Development Organizations by offering our solutions and build business for bKash. 

Manage large partners through building relationship with key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities / Input:

• Identify business opportunities for bKash in INGO/Development sector. 
• On board International NGOs & Development organizations operating in Bangladesh as clients of bKash
• Prepare & participate in Bidding/Tender process for acquiring new business. 
• Manage strategic and business partnerships with clients.
• Coordinate customer acquisition program in collaboration with local implementation partners and other internal and external stakeholders
• Develop resources and tools to enhance the capacity of clients to utilize the solutions of bKash effectively.·        Maintain liaison with key stakeholders in the sector & create advocacy for bKash.
• Organize engagement programs with clients & key stakeholders to enhance the relationship.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives to meet the business objectives of bKash.
