  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role such as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of university administration, academic policies, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up academic environment.

  • Experience in establishing administrative systems in a new institution will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in digital administration systems and documentation.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

To support this transformative journey, the University is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and competent professional to serve as Registrar and play a key leadership role in establishing and managing the University’s administrative and academic operations.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all academic administrative functions, including admission, registration, examinations, and certification.

  • Maintain and manage student records, transcripts, and official documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities such as UGC and the Ministry of Education.

  • Act as custodian of university records, statutes, policies, and official documents.

  • Coordinate among faculties, departments, and top management.

  • Support the Vice Chancellor in implementing academic policies and strategic initiatives.

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Organize syndicate, academic council, and other statutory meetings.
