Experience:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized university (minimum Second Class or CGPA equivalent).
At least 10 years of experience in an administrative role.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role such as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of university administration, academic policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up academic environment.
Experience in establishing administrative systems in a new institution will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in digital administration systems and documentation.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all academic administrative functions, including admission, registration, examinations, and certification.
Maintain and manage student records, transcripts, and official documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities such as UGC and the Ministry of Education.
Act as custodian of university records, statutes, policies, and official documents.
Coordinate among faculties, departments, and top management.
Support the Vice Chancellor in implementing academic policies and strategic initiatives.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Organize syndicate, academic council, and other statutory meetings.
