Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS from a recognized institution is required.

• FCPS complete / FCPS final part is required.

• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety measures are maintained in all departments.

• Provide round-the-clock medical support and supervision of admitted patients.

• Attend emergency cases, stabilize critical patients and coordinate with consultants.

• Conduct daily patient rounds, monitor treatment progress and ensure timely medical interventions.

• Prescribe medicines, investigations, and treatments as per consultant’s advice and hospital protocols.

• Ensure proper documentation of patient progress notes, history and discharge summaries.

• Be available for emergency calls from hospital.

• Liaise with senior consultants for critical decision-making.

• Communicate regularly with patient attendants regarding patient condition.

• Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, radiology and other departments for smooth patient management.

• Ensure smooth operation in emergency unit, day care, OT unit, blood bank, etc.

• Ensure referrals to appropriate departments/consultants when required.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols and medical ethics.

• Participate in meetings, seminars, workshops, camps organized by the hospital.

• Take overall responsibility of medical service while on duty.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the top management.
