Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries/ Animal Husbandry/ DVM Agriculture or related field will be on priority basis.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Manager in Poultry/ Cattle/ Fish feed and Day Old Chicks sales and marketing area.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh specially Noakhali, Luxmipur, Feni, Chittagong, Cox`s Bazar, Comilla, Savar, Manikgonj, Narayangonj, Munshigonj, Gazipur Faridpur & Rajbari.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivate and inspire clients (Dealers & Farmers) of Poultry/Cattle/Fish feed to get the work done.
∎ Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of assigned team leader.
∎ New clients (Dealers & Farmers) development & maintain good relationship with existing client in order to run the business smoothly.
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution & provide and send the report to head office time to time.
∎ Identify the market potential and bring sales at approved price for each customer and/or project to achieve sales target as per sales plan.
∎ Distributer and dealer management through regular market visit and traders meeting.
∎ Ensure payment collection and delivery confirmation on time.
∎ Establishing new marketing strategies of the products to ensuring our market share growth.
∎ Prepare and conduct product information presentations to individuals and groups to communicate specials, offerings, product features, and service features
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly report and provide updates to management timely
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Day Old Chicks sales, agro based farm, Feed Industries, Feed Sales , Sales & Marketing.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, has initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within deadline.
∎ Adequate computer literacy in MS Office.
∎ Experience in Poultry Industry essential
∎ Candidates should possess own Vehicle with a valid driving license.
