Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making sincere effort to maximize present and long term sales.
∎ Responsible for the periodical business plan for the area to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue & distributor roll-out targets along with directed standard.
∎ Identify capable channel partners interested in distribution within the area and onboard them in operation after screening.
∎ Regular market visit to ensure teams are visiting market regularly as per the Journey Plan and building relationship with distributors.
∎ Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
∎ Provides necessary market inputs to Marketing & Sales Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 year(s) experience in relevant position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric & Electronics
∎ Computer Literacy: MS word, excel; Typing Bangla & English frequently.
∎ Ability to travel frequently.
∎ Strong relationship sales & marketing skills maintain liaison with customer as well as the distributor.
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
