∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the IT, automotive, or electronics industry.
∎ Strong product knowledge in the E-bike sector.
∎ Experience in sales and distribution networks.
∎ Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales target.
∎ Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, onboard, establish partnership with dealer /distributor in the assigned territory. Develop a plan to achieve the given target & ensure total collection.
∎ Monitor & evaluate dealer/distributor performance, providing support to improve sales and operational efficiency. Conduct regular visit to potential partner to ensure proper alignment with sales goal.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional team such as marketing and operation management to ensure smooth execution of plan and campaign to increase product visibility, awareness, and marketing activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer progress, and market condition. Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of our product line.
