Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and promote the regional retail team structure, personnel, and VBA team personnel.
∎ Continuous improvement work planning for the VBA and TRM/TRE career life cycle.
∎ Allocate retail team targets and VBA goals in alignment with company objectives.
∎ Coordinate training, promotion, recruitment, and management of VBA teams.
∎ Plan and execute new product launches, personnel development initiatives, and image management projects.
∎ Ensure project plan adherence, progress tracking, and quality execution.
∎ Formulate regional new product promotion plans with a focus on marketing activities.
∎ Implement new product launch strategies and drive accountable results.
∎ Team Management & Training:
∎ Recruit, train, and motivate retail team members while managing their career life cycle.
∎ Conduct performance management activities and organize regular team meetings and training sessions.
∎ Enhance retail team capabilities through ongoing training and communication efforts.
∎ Establish management policies and standardize behavior within the team.
∎ Understand and address the needs of the team to improve overall satisfaction and performance.
∎ Execute HQ projects within the region according to company standards.
∎ Provide feedback on market, project promotion, and VBA data to headquarters.
∎ Manage sales and VBA data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.

∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Retail Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of retail team management, project planning, new product promotion, team training, and collaboration with headquarters(HQ) and other departments.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Work Planning:
∎ Plan and promote the regional retail team structure, personnel, and VBA team personnel.

∎ 2.1+ years of experience in retail management, project planning, and team leadership roles .mobile industry will be preferred.
∎ 3.Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
∎ 4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ 5.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Salary: 40000-60000 based on experience
