Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Office Management and staff Management.
∎ Fund Management.
∎ Punishment the workers on the basis of irregularities.
∎ Checking and approving bill voucher.
∎ Preparing contract for house rent.
∎ Sincere about overlapping and duplication.
∎ Assistance in preparing MIS and FIS report.
∎ Playing role in the expansion of working area.
∎ Managing bank accounts.
∎ Assistance in preparing annual targets and action plan.
∎ To deal with special situations.
∎ Managing Public Relations.
∎ Taking legal actions.
∎ Follow up of loan distribution and income expenditure.
∎ Monitoring and visiting branches.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to drive Motorcycle with valid driving license & selected candidates must have the mentality to work anywhere in the country.
∎ Minimum 9 years practical experiences in Micro Credit field along with at least 2 (Two) years practical experience of 6/8 Branch Management.
∎ Candidate should train on Micro- Finance Program.
∎ At least two years' experience working as a Regional Manager.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 33188 (Monthly)
∎ Probation Period Salary:28,000-30,900 BDT, after Confirmation Salary will be: 30,132-33,188 BDT
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ If he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per organization policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid, Baisakhi Allowance etc.
∎ One Increment may be added for each year those who have more than 3 years' experience as Regional Manager.
