Job Context:
∎ Innovision in collaboration with Abt Associates will implement the USAID/Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activity project in 4 districts of Bangladesh (Khulna, Patuakhali, Faridpur & Cox`s Bazar.

∎ Innovision is looking for a suitable Bangladeshi national for the following position:
∎ Project/ Program: USAID/Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activity
∎ Report to: Team Lead & Head of Operations
∎ Duration of contract: 18 months (with the possibility of extension).
∎ POSITION SUMMARY: The fulltime field team will comprise of field officers and field managers. The 8 field officers and 4 field managers will be allocated in the 12 Upazilas in 4 districts. There will be 2 dedicated field officers in each district to manage the field operations. They will also work to provide continuous support to the adolescent leaders and the teachers in the 30 schools in which the project activities will be undertaken.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct field activities and monitor the adolescents' performance.
∎ Capacity building with SMC, SCNC, and adolescents
∎ Function and monitor the adolescent clubs and necessary program activities with the adolescents.
∎ Create the resource and information centers for youth.
∎ Ensure community engagement on livelihoods
∎ Assist Field Manager to prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Adolescent Engagement, Minimum 1 years experience in a similar field
∎ Candidates with experience in working in the development sector precisely the adolescent network will be prioritized.
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, communication and interpersonal skill., Community Development, Financial Management, MS Office
