Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Head Office, Gulshan 1, Dhaka and Field visit anywhere in Bangladesh if or When required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing Team of High-end , Luxurious Gas Stove, and Kitchen Appliances .
∎ Design and preparing relevant Marketing, Promotion Plan & Sales Strategies.
∎ Meet the monthly sales target and identify a new market for expanding
∎ Increase targeted number of dealers to sell all products in company's working area
∎ Ensure dealer's sourcing, satisfaction & motivation with the service of the respective ASM and TSO.
∎ Supervise the sales team operation and plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targeted sales & Collection
∎ Proactive knowledge on New Product Launch - using Marketing Channels to create qualitative and quantitative value for the Brand
∎ In-depth knowledge of Market Research and Consume insights and Marketing strategy execution capabilities
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
∎ Performing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation, and preparing action plans accordingly
∎ Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management
∎ Ensure the Sales Team is fully resourced and well-directed with clear guidelines for their own responsibilities/targets, and are provided with full support.
∎ Meeting with marketing and sales team on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining a relationship, negotiation, and closing deals.
∎ Directly supervising Manager, Area Sales Managers, monitoring the activities of them, Marketing & Sales, Distributors and providing regular feedback to management
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who have extensive marketing experience in Gas Stoves and Home Appliances will get preference.
∎ Candidates with 10-12 years of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 5 years of experience in similar/top managerial position in the relevant industry (Gas Stove) will get preference
∎ The candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet) and Software management.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure,
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh
∎ Candidates having experience in Group of Companies or any other multinational company will get an advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
