Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management and coordination of the regional WeGro office overall
∎ Facilitate coordination and communications between input, field operations, output & sales teams
∎ Own and drive growth for the WeGro financial portfolio
∎ Increase the number of farmers requesting funding or assistance;
∎ Maintain accurate KYC;
∎ Evaluate the risk and relevant details of farmers requesting financial services;
∎ Monitor the farmers and ensure recovery
∎ Verify the authenticity of the financial service applicants' information and the project specifics according to the loan request.
∎ Timely management of Area Incharge and Assistant Area Incharge for:
∎ Making credit recovery; and
∎ Preparing collection report
∎ Assist partner financial institutions [Bank & NBFI] in disbursing and collecting loans from the farmers.
∎ Investigate, track, and, where possible, resolve farmer concerns regarding financial services and WeGro Krisi Care Center services.
∎ Work along with the output and sales teams to oversee product procurement, financial transactions, and the buying and selling of regional agricultural products for WeGro Technologies Limited.
∎ Ensure a seamless supply of agricultural inputs to the WeGro Krisi Centers with Farmers, coordinate with the Agri Input team
∎ Ensure that all financial procedures and due diligence carried out by the regional offices are in compliance with the financial policies of the central office by coordinating with the finance team.
∎ Support and coordinate with external affairs team to recover loans
∎ Supervise and manage the performance of the regional WeGro Centers
∎ Make sure the WeGro Centers operate smoothly and provide the services needed by the farmers
∎ Prepare weekly/biweekly/monthly reports on the operations and status of fieldwork.
∎ Plan, Update and monitor the daily field activity of the field facilitators
∎ Develop, manage and monitor the field facilitators' key performance indicators
∎ Keep an accounting record for each field facilitator and the WeGro Krisi Centers.
∎ Ensure timely recovery and revenue generation from the WeGro Krisi Centers
∎ Visit the operational locations in various districts within the region from time to time
∎ Analysis, compilation, and reporting of loan disbursements and recovery
∎ Manage local stakeholders, including government agencies, DAE, DLO, and DOF offices, banks, and insurance firms, to ensure that they are aware of WeGro services and, if needed, to obtain cooperation from these offices for WeGro operations
∎ Collaborate with the finance team at the Dhaka office to ensure that all financial operations, including loan disbursement and collection status updates, are kept up to date
∎ Train field staff on WeGro's norms, values, and products to ensure the success of field operations.
∎ Prepare and check daily, weekly, and monthly accounts-related reports
∎ Provide the field team with logistical support
∎ Maintain regular and systematic credit monitoring
∎ Assist senior management in dealing with the internal and external audit teams and provide all necessary data and documentation for them to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 years' proven experience running field operations for financial institutions, agricultural input suppliers, and microfinance organizations.
∎ Master's degree in a relevant subject is required.
∎ Knowledge in credit recovery, agricultural product trading and farmer financing will be preferred.
∎ Expertise in managing government stakeholders and other Division and District level stakeholders is highly desirable.
∎ Ability to set up operational procedures and systems to meet deadlines
∎ Excellent Bangla communication skills and working-level English communication skills, with the capacity to create reports and presentations from the field office.
∎ Skills needed include the ability to analyze data, manage people, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint).
∎ Frequently field visit.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Interest to work in a coordination role.
∎ Flexibility to travel for official tours.
∎ Profound analysis and people management skill
∎ Good in problem solving and decision-making skills which require independent and original thinking.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary review: Once in a year Weekly holidays 2 yearly festival bonus
