• Age 22 to 28 years

• Strong technical and analytical skills for troubleshooting and support.·    
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·    
• Ability to conduct training sessions effectively.· 
• Proficiency in using IVD software and related tools.

Technical Support and Training:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for IVD instruments and reagents.· 
• Conduct customer training on instrument operation, maintenance, and application protocols

Customer Relationship Management:

•  Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.·   
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving application-related issues promptly.

Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IVD systems, reagents, and software.·   
• Liaise with service teams for complex issues requiring hardware support.

Product Demonstration and Implementation:

•  Assist sales teams with product demonstrations and technical discussions.·     
•  Support new product installations and validate system performance on-site.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting activities, and training sessions.·  
• Provide feedback to R&D and product management teams for product improvement.

Stay Updated:

• Keep updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
