∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Mobile Accessories, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set daily/weekly/monthly sales target for AICs for each shop under them.
∎ Plan and execute to achieve sales target within the Region.
∎ Responsible to manage and supervise all AICs for concern Region.
∎ Responsible to make schedule for AIC and make sure that every shop has been visited two times in every month.
∎ Make sure all AICs under you are following their daily work routine as outlined. Which includes timely shop opening with SEs, posting the daily WhatsApp posts, posting best/worst videos as outlined.
∎ Communicate with AIC and HO Accounts to make sure all deposits are done timely.
∎ Communicate with HO Accounts and AIC to make sure daily reports and messages are given properly.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service for all concern shops.
∎ Keep up to date with the market scenario of each shop.
∎ Make sure all maintenance issues are properly handled and taken care for each shop.
∎ Visit potential new locations.
∎ Stay updated and have thorough product knowledge.
∎ Train and mentor AICs to get their best performance.
∎ Prepare and review the annual overhead budget for the area of responsibility
∎ Collect from AIC’s operational records and explain to the RDM on sales target to determine profitability.
∎ Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
∎ Coordinate with all concern person to all other business-like Corporate, E-Commerce, Super Shops, Grocery etc. and guided to all AICs
∎ Randomly choose and participate in daily AIC meetings with SE and just monitor the meeting. Only intervene if absolutely necessary.
∎ Sound knowledge in ERP software
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the AICs/SEs to achieve sales target and other issues.
∎ Participate as company’s representative in various events when asked.
∎ Travel continuously and consistently across your region. 3 weeks should be spent visiting shops and 1 week doing desk work from assigned office.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
