Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take charge of the recovery process for overdue accounts and payments from clients and partners
∎ Assess client accounts, categorize them by recovery priority, and develop strategies for efficient collection
∎ Conduct client visits and follow-up activities to ensure payments are made promptly
∎ Negotiate repayment terms with clients in accordance with company policies, balancing firmness and flexibility
∎ Prepare and present regular recovery reports, offering insights on recovery performance and trends
∎ Proactively identify high-risk accounts and take preventive actions to reduce the likelihood of defaults
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities, payment agreements, and client interactions
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recovery staff when required
∎ We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Recovery Expert to take charge of the recovery process for overdue payments, ensuring the minimization of financial losses and improving the company’s cash flow. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in recovering outstanding debts, negotiating with clients, and managing field operations with a proven ability to reduce overdue accounts efficiently.
