Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
∎ Receiving greetings and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the candidate over the phone\ email and face to face.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail and calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone\ email.
∎ Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
∎ manage incoming and outgoing call requests efficiently.
∎ take messages, calls, information and respond in a timely manner.
∎ to maintain proper communication with all internal departments.
∎ write down notes, memos and office orders whenever asked by management.
∎ report day to day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 1 to 5 year experienced
∎ the applicants should have experience in this following area :
∎ a)call center, call center management, computer skills, Face to face customer\ client support/ receptionist.
