Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized individual to serve as a Receptionist & Business Development Assistant. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of managing front-desk operations with supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier packages.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and clerical support as needed.
