Front Desk, Front Desk Management, Guest Relation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort, Motel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
∎ Coordinating with other office locations- Tracking of all Couriers/letters.
∎ Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
∎ To maintain and update Telephone directory of the organization.
∎ Necessary support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate
∎ To ensure security of the total complex of the Front Desk
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reception, Front Desk, Office Management, and Administration.
∎ Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Must be presentable.
∎ Should have good command in English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Smart, well-groomed and well mannered.
∎ Must have good command over MS office applications.
∎ Confidence and Positive.
