Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise restaurant crew and manage daily operations.
- Maintain service speed and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Take customer orders and serve food quickly and accurately.
- Perform daily food quality and hygiene checks.
- Record temperature logs and support internal/external audits.
- Handle cooking, marination, and oil management properly.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Operate POS system and manage customer orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints politely.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales.
- Maintain order accuracy and ensure timely service.
