Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the work of quality inspectors working on the floor from the initial process to the final audit.
∎ Checking and adjusting staff attendance based on job importance and production plan to achieve daily production targets.
∎ Checking and monitoring all daily/weekly reports of the Quality staff of the cutting floor to ensure proper maintenance of all reports.
∎ Carrying out overall quality checks and measurements of fabrics to ensure maintenance of required standards.
∎ Implementation and maintenance of quality systems as required based on QMS policy.
∎ Attending meetings related to quality/technical issues to improve product quality and organizational setup.
∎ A random check of the concerned area.
∎ Attending all pre-production meetings to get a proper understanding of the products to be manufactured on the floor.
∎ Meeting with the subordinate team and helping them understand the quality of the final product.
∎ Checking the performance of subordinates and providing training on product quality.
∎ Keeping complete concept from product production to shipment.
∎ Act as directed by superior authority.
