Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all quality-related issues for the Dyeing, Dyeing finishing unit as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Build up an efficient and competent quality team and maintain a good harmony with inter and intra-departments.
∎ He will lead to check finish fabrics, find out defects, point out them, and takes a decision (pass or fail)
∎ He ensures that finished fabrics are meeting buyer's requirements.
∎ He makes finish fabrics inspection and quality report both roll and batch-wise
∎ He checks finish fabrics quality (roll wise), record data, and report to management
∎ He ensures fabrics quality such as shrinkage, GSM, hand feel, etc to meet the buyer requirements
∎ He maintains team discipline and closely monitors compliance procedure (HSE, 5S, etc)
∎ He utilizes his workforce to bring shade approvals from merchandiser
∎ He implements and monitors the quality control methods of the entire dyeing, Dyeing finishing department.
∎ Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ Responsible to ensure the quality of desire fabric from the sub-contract dyeing factory.
∎ Identify the problems, analyze the root cause and share with production people fix rectification or solution as urgent as urgent basis.
∎ Give technical decision to dyeing finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
∎ Responsible to follow up the dyeing sample quality (PP sample and counter sample) as maintaining the Buyer's requirement of the existing product quality.
∎ Collecting Grey QC batch reports and responsible to inform of any issues to superior of quality problems of Grey fabrics from knitting.
