Job Context
Job Location: Factory - West Tengra, Sarulia, Demra, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
Sampling and analysis of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and finished Products as per guideline.
Put "Under Test Label", "Passed Label", "Rejected Label" of raw materials and packing materials as per requirement.
To check water quality parameters of WTP and ETP regularly according to STP(s).
Log book writing, compile of test document of Raw materials, packing materials, and Finished Products.
Preparation of test solution and make their entry in the logbooks.
Keep retention sample of raw materials and packing materials.
Maintain the good housekeeping of Laboratory & organize the disposal of raw material after release.
To conduct in the DGDA Inspection or other internal or external inspection.
Handling and operating of all sophisticated QC instruments.
Validation of Analytical test method.
Qualification / requalification and periodic calibration of laboratory equipment.
Handling of OOS, deviation, change control, etc
