Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Master in Public Health (MPH) from any reputed school/university

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ HOPE Foundation for Women and Children of Bangladesh was established in 1999 as a non-profit organization for providing quality health care services to the poor and underserved people in Bangladesh. HOPE is uniquely poised and dedicated to serving the needs that has made a significant impact in improving maternal and child health in Bangladesh. HOPE has the trust of the community and diligently works in collaboration with government and NGO partners towards systematic long-term changes in health sector of Bangladesh.
∎ HOPE Foundation has established a partnership with UNFPA just after the Rohingya influx through the project title "Quick Medical Response Through HOPE Foundation for the New Rohingya Influx" funded by the UNFPA.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and work-out modalities towards improvement, preventive maintenance of equipment and vehicles and modernization of health facility;
∎ Formation of QI team and conduct of meeting of Quality Improvement Team;
∎ Ensuring good quality non-clinical services like infection prevention, security, diet etc.
∎ Ensuring clean surroundings, OPD Areas, Wards, Labour Room, OT and Patient amenities and outsourced services;
∎ Periodical assessment of health facility on quality check list and arrive at a score for the facility;
∎ Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the health facility and monitor compliance;
∎ Keep a record of non-functional equipment and time line for its repair for all equipment;
∎ Troubleshoot all the clinical trials and activities.
∎ Implementation of the quality tools in the health facility.
∎ Review patient records, applying utilization review criteria, to determine need for admission and continued stay in hospital.
∎ Planning for quality improvement of the facilities.
∎ Leading QA initiative at the facility level.
∎ Mentoring the staffs in regarding the quality issues.
∎ Report the quality changes occurred in the facilities.
∎ Will work under the supervision of PM of respective organization and technical guidance will be provided by QA specialist UNFPA.
∎ Any other responsibilities given related to quality
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 95000 - 100000 (Monthly)
