Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ a strong knowledge of epidemiology and programmatic interventions related to public health. In-depth knowledge of Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV is essential and knowledge of other disease programs would be an added advantage
∎ ability to interpret performance results of health programs and analyse the implications of such results in the country context
∎ strong understanding of public health monitoring and evaluation systems, especially in the above-mentioned disease programs;
∎ understanding of the dimensions of health service quality and familiarity with reviewing and interpreting national service delivery guidelines;
∎ strong interpersonal skills and tactfulness to effectively communicate with senior level officials, multiple stakeholders and professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds; and (vi) strong professional oral communication and writing skills, including the development of reports, oral presentations, and technical/persuasive documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in MS office applications (particularly word, excel and power point)
∎ Self-motivated with eagerness to excel in their domain
∎ Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in English
∎ Ability to multi-task
