Responsibilities & Context:
Provide individual and group counselling to students for mental health development.
Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans.
Offer crisis intervention and emergency support when required.
Maintain confidential student records in compliance with ethical standards.
Design and conduct workshops on stress management, anxiety, time management, and emotional wellbeing.
Collaborate with academic departments regarding student mental health concerns as well as administration.
Refer students to external mental health providers when necessary.
Promote mental health awareness initiatives across campus.
