Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or Counseling Psychology or any other relevant subject from a reputable university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper assessment of client/patient.
∎ Provide day to day individual counseling.
∎ Provide Group counseling (if needed).
∎ Provide Family Counseling.
∎ Manage crisis situation (if occur).
∎ Conduct Psycho-social education session.
∎ Maintain Confidentiality of all client data.
∎ Maintain GBV, Child Protection and relevant activities.
∎ Maintain close liaison with other relevant professionals like Medical Officers, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Case managers, Program officer & other Program staffs etc.
∎ Record keeping and maintain all kind of forms/registers, reports, files, guideline and other documents.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly and other periodical report as per organization's guideline and requirement.
∎ Participate in trainings, meetings, workshops, seminars organized by the organizations/agencies and all other required activities.
∎ Extended necessary support to other team members when needed.
∎ Scheduling Patient Consultations.
∎ Engaging in discussion with patients & make them feel comfortable.
∎ Implementing individualized treatment programs.
∎ Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time.
∎ Offering services to all age groups especially to the mothers admitted at HOPE Hospital.
∎ Keeping a detailed account of patient mental health history
