∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling.
∎ Screening phone calls, email correspondence, deal with incoming email, drafting and dictation, producing documents, briefing papers, reports & presentation.
∎ Contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of MD through email, phone call, and other social media.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the MD.
∎ Notifying MD on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Draft different business letters, emails, applications and other documents as per directions of MD.
∎ Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations as per requirement.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by MD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
∎ Should be expert in shorthand, fluent in Bengali & English.
∎ Having good knowledge on secretarial job.
∎ Soft in behavior, honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Organizational skills, assertiveness, interpersonal & communicating skills, multitasking skills.
∎ The applicants should be expert in MS office.
