Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
∎ Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.·
∎ Recording, and maintaining Kitchen expenses Coordinating internal and external events.
∎ Update staff daily attendance.
∎ Record attendance for late comes.
∎ Execute all orders from the CEO.
∎ Performing Admin and HR-related work.
∎ Attend Customer Meetings with the CEO at the office or outside of the office.
∎ Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the office area.
∎ Update the list of interviewed candidates.
∎ Send an email and call the candidate for the interview session.
∎ Makes a call to the candidates’ referrers.
∎ Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
