Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain close collaboration with multi-program fundraising units such as- ASHF
∎ Proposal Development, Resource Mobilization, and Learning (PRL), Responsible for
∎ developing fundraising strategy and track funding opportunities for the ASHF.
∎ Project proposal and innovative project design development processes.
∎ Support director and program head to lead various conversations with potential
∎ donors and local corporate bodies and enterprises for traditional and alternative
∎ fundraising and partnerships (grants/tenders, CSR, impact investing, etc.).
∎ Ensure tracking of possible fundraising streams from governmental and major
∎ institutional donors and large Corporate Enterprises including designing, writing, and
∎ editing proposals.
∎ Support budget planning (in cooperation with ASHF Financial Analyst) and donor
∎ reporting (team leads for timely delivery, and communications & knowledge
∎ management specialist for quality assurance).
∎ Ensure existing donors and partners are sufficiently informed to maintain/strengthen
∎ relationships.
∎ Support documenting and disseminating lessons learned and good practices on
∎ program-related work.
∎ Increase donor portfolio to diversify partnerships and document good financial and
∎ technical partnerships for future references.
∎ Participate in different knowledge management forums/seminars/conferences on
∎ ASHF.
∎ Continuously coordinating with big enterprises for finding CSR funds and other
∎ grants and make a directory of the potential enterprises.

∎ research ,M&E and content writing.
∎ Any INGO/NGO ,UN Agency Experience in Project Development.
