Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to achieve the project objectives and activities, Maintain the communication with stakeholders, planning and manage the core activities in consultation with project director, etc. Others responsibilities are Collating budget and expenditure data.
∎ Scheduling meetings.
∎ Taking minutes.
∎ Coordinating project activities.
∎ Collating contracts, timesheets and reports.
∎ Drafting presentations and formatting documents.
∎ Supporting senior team members with administrative functions.
∎ Facilitating project communications.
∎ Drafting press briefing.
∎ Promotion the activities in Social Media Platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational skills,
∎ Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build trust,
∎ Provides information and documentation on specific stages of projects implementation,
∎ Documents and tracks innovative strategies/best practices/new approaches,
∎ Responds positively to new approaches,
∎ Understands the main processes and methods of work regarding to the position,
∎ Possesses knowledge of organizational policies and procedures relating to the position and applies them consistently in work tasks,
∎ Demonstrates good knowledge of information technology and applies it in work assignments,
∎ Reports to project director in a timely and appropriate manner,
∎ Organizes and prioritizes work schedule to meet projects needs and deadlines,
∎ Self-development, initiative-taking,
∎ Acting as a team player and facilitating team work,
∎ Research Design, Data Collection, Analysis and Report Preparation
∎ Basic IT knowledge including computer application (Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop) and social media platform
