Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in environment/ Agriculture/ Climate change/ Disaster management/ Social science or other related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Duty station : HEKS/EPER Country Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Reportable to : Project Manager- REVIVE
∎ Language Required : Both English and Bengali
∎ Duration : Initially 12 Months (Subject to renewal based on performance)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 3-5 years practical experience in supervisory position (INGO preferrable) in the relevant field of livelihood development climate change, social justice, and inclusion.
∎ Prior experience in working with Ethnic and Dalit communities will be considered as an advantage
∎ Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal knowledge in Bangla and English
∎ Tailors' language, tone, style, and format to match the audience.
∎ Leadership and management skills and willing to frequent field visit
∎ Excellent communication, representation, and networking skills.
∎ Experience in the use of computers and office software packages, (i.e., MS word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) and database packages are required.
∎ Experience in statistical analysis (Stata/SPSS) will be an advantage
∎ Experience to work with Python/R Programming will be an asset.
∎ Experience in developing budget is mandatory
∎ Has strong ability to establish, build and maintain effective working relationships with project staff and other stakeholders to facilitate the provision of required support.
∎ Able to perform a broad range of specialized activities aimed at effective and efficient functioning of the project
∎ Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
∎ Professional, cooperative, efficient and effective working attitude.
Salary: Tk. 57143 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per project budget.
