Job purpose

• The Project Officer will provide day-to-day support to the Project Manager and other members of the project team, ensuring smooth, practical operation of the PRIMED project activities. He/she will also contribute to general administrative and operational support needs within the BBC Media Action Bangladesh office. This successful candidate needs to work with media organisations, develop relationships with NGOs/INGOs and government partners, and support implementing outreach and training activities with practitioners. The position is based in Dhaka but with travel to different locations across the country as necessary.
