Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Manager/Script Writer's main responsibility is to lead the development of e-learning projects internally, to write manuscripts for the e-learning courses, and to communicate with and follow up with clients.
∎ Project Management:
∎ Lead and manage e-learning development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including voiceover artists, graphic designers, service providers, and e-learning developers.
∎ Scriptwriting:
∎ Create engaging and effective e-learning course content, including scripts, narratives, and instructional materials.
∎ Ensure that scripts align with instructional objectives and are engaging and is pedagogically sound.
∎ Write clear and learner-friendly content that enhances the learning experience.
∎ Review and edit scripts for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
∎ Proposal and Project Design:
∎ Contribute to the creation of proposals and project design, including scoping, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
∎ Client and Colleague Collaboration:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
∎ Establish and maintain strong, open, and effective client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
∎ Regularly communicate project updates, seek feedback, and address client concerns.
∎ Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and share expertise.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure course content meets industry standards and client requirements.
∎ Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Resource Allocation:
∎ Manage and allocate project resources, including personnel, software, and hardware, effectively.
∎ Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks.
∎ Risk Management:
∎ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
∎ Proactively manage issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
∎ Learning Management System (LMS):
∎ Design, implement, and test enhancements to our Learning Management System (LMS) to improve the e-learning experience.
∎ Administer the LMS, including user management, content uploads, and technical support.
∎ Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and client communication records.
∎ Generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Key Organizational Relationships
∎ Reports to the Country Manager, Zabai Bangladesh
∎ Close collaboration with the Designer, and other operational staff
∎ Liaises regularly with Zabai other country staff

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in teaching, curriculum development, or e-learning content creation.
∎ Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
∎ Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English & Begali).
∎ Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
∎ Creative and innovative thinking to engage learners effectively.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality educational content.
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in e-learning development.
∎ Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
