Job Responsibilities:
∎ Zabai in search for a Digital Creative Designer with a passion for education and creation of digital educational materials. Joining the team as a Digital Creative Designer, the successful incumbent will be closely together with scriptwriters to design and develop interactive training modules. Graphic Design:
∎ Create visually engaging and effective educational materials, including digital course content, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
∎ Collaborate closely with the project managers to develop and refine visual elements that align with the educational objectives and branding (of the company, or the client, or both).
∎ Ensure all design assets adhere to the company's branding guidelines and maintain a high standard of educational quality.
∎ Animation:
∎ Develop engaging animations for educational videos, interactive lessons, and other eLearning content.
∎ Collaborate with the project managers to prepare - storyboard, and animate educational materials from inception to completion.
∎ Stay updated with educational technology trends and animation techniques to enhance the learning experience for our students. Visual Conceptualization:
∎ Translate educational concepts and objectives into visually appealing designs and
∎ animations that effectively convey the intended learning outcomes.
∎ Provide creative input and ideas to enhance the visual representation of educational content. Software Proficiency:
∎ Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software relevant to educational content creation.
∎ Stay informed about software updates and tools that can optimize the production of educational materials. Project Management:
∎ Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within the specified educational parameters.
∎ Maintain effective communication with project managers, e-learning developers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions to enhance the educational content.

Additional Requirements:
∎ To qualify you should be a Digital Creative Designer with a CV / Portfolio that demonstrates:
∎ University degree/college diploma in visual, graphic, or web design, or equivalent
∎ work experience
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of multimedia/UI design experience
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effect)
∎ Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
∎ Knowledge in Web (HTML, Java script etc)
∎ Experience with professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile
∎ applications would be an added advantage
∎ A positive and energetic attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team player
∎ The candidate must have advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
