Job Context:
∎ SEP Sub Project (Goat Rearing) invites application to fill up the following vacancies in their respective units:-
∎ Job Location : Gazipur district and Narasingdhi district.
∎ Project Duration - 2 Years
∎ Service Pattern - Project Based

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication and liaison with PKSF, concerned stakeholders and management of PMU
∎ Planning, designing and ensuring implementation of the Sustainable Enterprise Project Sub Sector Goat Rearing Project.
∎ Strengthening capacity of the staff and micro-enterprises in the project areas through
∎ organizing different Goat rearing basic and issue-based training/orientation/quarterly meeting.
∎ Oversee both the strengthening access finance for environment friendly and resilient microenterprises and enhancing services and enabling systems.
∎ Sound understanding of Value Chain Development and Market Systems on Goat Rearing sub-sectors.
∎ Confident in and experienced with the use of technology in development.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, electronic mail (Microsoft Office preferred) and Internet.
∎ Knowledge of and experience in Goat rearing-enterprise, commodity value-chain and cooperative development.
∎ Ensure implementation of revenue and non-revenue generating activities in the project areas.
∎ Supervising activities of the project staff and providing technical guidance to the respective staff and Micro-enterprises.
∎ Prepare reports and submit it to PKSF as per requirements.
∎ Ensure all procurement through appropriate channel following the procurement plan.
∎ Conduction of result based monitoring and evaluation of the project following the logical
∎ frame-work.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization or the Project Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant working experiences.
∎ Proven knowledge program/Goat Rearing related projects designing, planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation. Experiences in managing livestock, Agriculture, health, environment & enterprise development programs/projects. Experiences in conduction of advocacy & training on livestock specially on Goat rearing, Agriculture, health, environment. Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Excel, power point etc).
∎ Monitoring Goat Rearing micro-enterprises and clusters.
∎ Must be valid motorcycle driving License.
∎ Age Limit - Below 50 years but relax able age limit for highly experienced in Goat rearing Project.

Salary:
∎ Gross Monthly Salary: 60,000.00 (BDT) and festival bonus as per project budget.
