Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some technical person for immediate recruitment. This is an outstanding career opportunity for the competent professionals who are at the moment working in senior leadership positions in agriculture industry.
∎ Responsible and accountable for leading the planning & robust executions of all projects related to the Agri business with guidance from the GM/MD. This would require pro-active & solid coordination across all departments and the valued business partners. It`s the responsibility to ensure solid supervision and report any potential business or operational risks with mitigation plans.
∎ Reporting Line: Managing Director/General Manager
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka with frequent visits to different areas.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare comprehensive plans in consultation with the functional experts. It is imperative to have detail activity critical path along with timelines for completion and potential risks factors along with mitigation plans.
∎ To coordinate with all departments to ensure robust executions of all activities as per the defined activity critical path for each project.
∎ To ensure effective supervision & control over all execution related activities.
∎ To engage with the management stuff and employees of different areas to follow up the Production, assess the quality of executions, identify areas of improvements etc. and initiate required corrective measures as applicable.
∎ To ensure recruitment as per the approved head count in line with the activity critical path in coordination with the Marketing department. It is imperative that needs to take ownership in assisting the Marketing department in sourcing the talents in key positions from the Agri industry.
∎ To take ownership to ensure an enabling working environment for the employees with support from the GM To update periodic progress review with the Management Board along with recommendations based on multiple scenario to assist in informed decision making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 7 year(s) in agriculture sector.
