Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Education/Social Science/Development Studies and other relevant disciplines

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education program including 3 years in management position
∎ Experience of EiE, working in emergency contexts or fragile states.
∎ Previous experience and strong skills on teacher training and coaching
∎ Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to identify the quality issues in EiE in the given context and implement field-level solutions.
∎ Experience in capacity building and in strengthening various duty bearers understanding of and response to EiE.
∎ Experience of working with donor and supporting local and national partners.
∎ Politically and culturally sensitive with qualities of patience, tact and diplomacy.
∎ The capacity and willingness to be extremely flexible and accommodating in difficult and sometimes insecure working circumstances.
