Job Responsibilities:
∎ This project is seeking for a dynamic Dhaka-based Project Manager to oversee the design and overall implementation in Bangladesh operations. The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Technical Advisor of MaMoni MNCSP in Bangladesh, and with the US-based Project Director, for development and implementation of the activities, and documentation of project results and lessons.

∎ S/he will develop and maintain a healthy collaborative relationship with the MOH&FW counterparts at the national level, district and below. S/he will collaborate with the international research partner and manage the local research agency. S/he will also ensure development of job aids, tools, capacity development plan and facilitate MaMoni staff to integrate Songzog with MaMoni MNCSP ongoing activities. S/he will analyze monthly performance and review of MIS data and provide timely feedback to the Government as well as to the partner. Responsibility includes, s/he will liaison with district level MOH&FW and Local Government officials, monitor partner NGO's performance and provide necessary support, review regular implementation plan and budget burn trend analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of professional experience working with communities and health facilities preferably in the field of sexual and reproductive health among young people, including 3 years in management position
∎ Proven track record of managing project from diverse angle, e.g. budget, staff, partner management and so on
∎ Excellent understanding of the Govt. Health and Family Planning structure and protocol
∎ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with regional and district MOH staff
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required
∎ Proficiency on Microsoft Office applications
∎ This position demands frequent travel to the project district (Noakhali) to monitor and support program activities.
