Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the delivery of specified project activities and undertake specified technical/support tasks (e.g. manage events, communications, contacts, networks, logistics, external suppliers, meetings) to meet agreed targets.
∎ Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders including Ministry of Education and Schools.
∎ Manage arrangements for holding trainings / meetings / seminars / workshop / events, etc. and liaison with the nominees and their institutions, etc.
∎ Manage visits of national and international schools, consultants / trainers and organisations as per the required British Council processes.
∎ Interpret and follow British Council project procedures (project, financial and risk reporting) to ensure compliance with all systems and standards.
∎ The post holder will understand the importance of child protection and ensure polices and processes are in place to offer maximum protection of young people at all relevant events and venues and ensure compliance with the British Council Child Protection policy.
∎ Escalating any concerns relating to Child Protection (CP) to the CP Focal Point and/ or Senior Manager as appropriate.
∎ The post holder will understand and make decisions which are affected by Equality Diversity and Inclusion legislation and policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Three years' experience of managing and delivering training relevant to education.
∎ Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children.
∎ Experience of working with children.
∎ Excellent English and Bangla communication skills (reading, speaking, writing).

Salary:
∎ Monthly salary BDT 93,750 (Consolidated).
