Responsibilities & Context:

Alo Bhubon Trust (ALO-BT) is a registered non-profit organization committed to advancing healthcare, education, research, and cancer prevention in Bangladesh and South Asia. Through its flagship initiatives, including the South Asia Centre for Medical Physics and Cancer Research (SCMPCR) and Rahima Baniz Healthcare Centre (RBHC), ALO-BT implements community-based health programs, capacity-building initiatives, and international collaborations.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Development Studies, Management, or related field)

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination/management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) activities

  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, donor reports, proposals, and documentation

  • Ensure effective coordination and communication among project teams, stakeholders, and partners

  • Supervise field activities and provide strategic direction for project execution

  • Oversee HR-related coordination, including team supervision and performance tracking

  • Maintain proper documentation aligned with NGO compliance and donor requirements

  • Support organizational communication, including official correspondence and stakeholder engagement

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and digital content/design tools

  • Strong command of English writing and professional communication

  • Experience in project reporting, documentation, and proposal development

  • Knowledge of planning tools, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation methodologies

Required Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and under deadlines

  • Experience in NGO or development sector will be considered an advantage
