Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in social science/sociology/MBBS
∎ Master’s in Public Health (MPH) degree will be considered as an added value.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Starting date: 01 April 2022 – Position depends of any potential funding
∎ Contract duration: Up to 30 November 2022, depending on potential funding
∎ Reports to: Humanitarian Aid Delegate (HAD)
∎ Coordinates with: Partners
∎ Direct line manager of: WASH in HCF team in the field

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of development and humanitarian response project management and WASH in HC experience.
∎ Experience in public health related activities is a must.
∎ Good knowledge of security management in humanitarian contexts.
∎ Keep strong coordination with other implementing agencies, donors and local governmental authorities at field level.
∎ Budget management and excellent computer skills.
∎ Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
∎ Knowledge in Chittagonian language will get preference.
∎ Willingness to accept frequent field missions.
∎ Ability to establish collaborative relationships with staff, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
∎ Strong attitude to take initiative, work autonomously and achieve results effectively.
∎ Flexibility and Stress-management.
∎ Respect of HEKS/EPER mission and values.
