∎ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science (mostly preferred), management/business administration, or related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Expert in project management & distributions program (Trello or similar).
∎ Motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
∎ Human Resource Management and leadership capability.
∎ Expert in management via Excel.
∎ Oversee materials and inventory.
∎ Basic knowledge of maintaining databases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ One year of proven experience in an operations management role.
∎ Strong ability to accomplish problem-solving of any kind of hardware and software-related issue.
∎ Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
