Job Context:
∎ Combatting Gender Based Violence (CGBV).
∎ Job Nature: Full-time (Project period: October-2019 to September 2022).
∎ Job Location: Bogura Sadar and Dupchanchia Upozila under Bogura District.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall management and operation of the Combatting Gender Based Violence (CGBV) project.
∎ Implementation guidelines of CGBV on VAW prevention and reduce GBV.
∎ Implementation of project approach at intervention community.
∎ Regular Communication with Government office, Educational Institutions and workplaces.
∎ Arrange meeting, training and workshop on prevent VAW with all of stakeholder of project.
∎ To reduce sexual harassment and establish Women Rights in their families and the wider community.
∎ Increase awareness of targeted beneficiaries on the importance of adequate Sexual Harassment and prevent GBV.
∎ Establish effective linkages among intended women groups, local community clinics and other government health facilities to local GOB office.
∎ Responsible for liaison with key stakeholders such as school management committee and local elected bodies of union Parishad.
∎ Document and assess CGBV Process (achievement, challenges, learning, outcomes, etc) throughout the entire project duration.
∎ Assist to Conduct survey, final evaluation and prepare report and all document of project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years experiences to implement program/project at field level
∎ Participatory project implementation knowledge and skills
∎ Ability to lead the project team along with liaison with the organization and donors
∎ Must have to be Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills
∎ Must have enough knowledge in written and verbal communication with both English and Bengali.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30,000/- (including mobile phone, travel allowance and others).
