Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc Fisheries (Hon's)
∎ MBA preferable.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: on fish hatchery culture marketing production related
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of aquaculture, culture, bio-floc and other hatchery activities.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations like aquaculture, culture, bio-floc and other hatchery activities.
∎ Assist management for effective execution of all the works of the Project.
∎ To improve the productivity and develop and execute the project manufacturing budgets.
∎ Comply with local laws and regulations and ensure its implementation.
∎ To resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner when require.
∎ Overseeing the fish production activities. Providing high level of support to the staff to enable the fish culture to achieve the scheduled production target.
∎ Analyzing analysis of brood and fish-feed and provide options for the management to decide best possible options comparing the latest market status.
∎ Deciding and solving on daily operational matters such as sales, production, stock taking and distributions issues.
∎ Ensure that hatchery production equipment's and production facilities are utilized fully.
∎ Feasibility study on requirement of any items, manpower and resources for smooth operation.
∎ Collect and record growth, production, and environmental data and report on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Train up new manpower and arrange different type of training whatever required among the manpower.
∎ Directly working with sales growth, production capability and controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Review established production schedules for all departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest possible efficiency.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Aquaculture, Bio-Floc & Hatchery activities.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Should have the mentality to frequent travel when required to collect fish or sale fish.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on current Labor Law of the country.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on hatchery license formalities.
Salary: Negotiable
