Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Environmental Management or other relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position Project Manager will lead the implementation process and team at field of the project titled "Watershed for Social-ecological Resilience (W4SR) in Teknaf Peninsula" in Cox's Bazar district with detailed operational planning and budgeting for field level implementation.
∎ Lead the development process of consensual integrated watershed management plan for Reju Khal catchment.
∎ Lead the restoration of Ecosystems in the catchment of Reju Khal.
∎ Overall Leadership in delivering the Project Goal & Outcomes.
∎ Manage the relationship with local partners and Government counterparts.
∎ The project manager will be representing the project in the Government offices.
∎ Conduct regular meeting and follow up with partners and will provide necessary support to the field team.
∎ Ensure quality reporting and documentation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years' relevant experience.
∎ Relevant computer applications knowledge.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time.
∎ Strong inter-personal & communications skills.

Salary:
∎ 90,000 (All inclusive).

∎ As per Organization rules/policy.
