Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within education, media production, or creative industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with video production processes (storyboarding, filming, editing, publishing).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Passion for education and innovation in edtech.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SSC & HSC curriculum (NCTB and/or Cambridge) is a strong plus.
- Experience managing creative/academic teams.
- Understanding of social media and content marketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Project Planning & Management
- Develop detailed content and project plans, schedules, and timelines for video production.
- Allocate resources effectively (teachers, videographers, editors, studio, etc.).
- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
Team Coordination
- Act as the central point of communication between teachers, videographers, editors, studio manager, designers, and marketing/social media teams.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between academic experts and creative teams.
- Organize and lead regular check-ins, production meetings, and status updates.
Production Oversight
- Supervise the end-to-end video production process—from content creation and filming to editing and publishing.
- Ensure academic accuracy, creative quality, and brand consistency in every video.
- Implement structured feedback loops to improve each upload.
Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Monitor video performance, gather feedback from teachers, students, and marketing teams.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and content impact.
- Maintain documentation of workflows and best practices.
Collaboration with Leadership
- Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the CEO.
- Translate leadership vision into actionable project goals.
