• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Media Production, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within education, media production, or creative industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with video production processes (storyboarding, filming, editing, publishing).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
• Passion for education and innovation in edtech.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SSC & HSC curriculum (NCTB and/or Cambridge) is a strong plus.
• Experience managing creative/academic teams.
• Understanding of social media and content marketing.

Project Planning & Management

• Develop detailed content and project plans, schedules, and timelines for video production.
• Allocate resources effectively (teachers, videographers, editors, studio, etc.).
• Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.

Team Coordination

• Act as the central point of communication between teachers, videographers, editors, studio manager, designers, and marketing/social media teams.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration between academic experts and creative teams.
• Organize and lead regular check-ins, production meetings, and status updates.

Production Oversight

• Supervise the end-to-end video production process—from content creation and filming to editing and publishing.
• Ensure academic accuracy, creative quality, and brand consistency in every video.
• Implement structured feedback loops to improve each upload.

Quality Assurance & Improvement

• Monitor video performance, gather feedback from teachers, students, and marketing teams.
• Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and content impact.
• Maintain documentation of workflows and best practices.

Collaboration with Leadership

• Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the CEO.
• Translate leadership vision into actionable project goals.
