∎ Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a project Manager, you have to report directly to the CEO of the Company. In addition doing your regular activities as per CEO instructions.
∎ Enforces organizational policies and establishes goals for project teams, which develop business applications and information services products.
∎ Leads cross-functional teams in the execution of full product development life cycle development.
∎ Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and serves as a single point of contact.
∎ Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
∎ Responsible with all areas affected by the project including clients, computer services, and client services.
∎ Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to the project
∎ Directly support trainers and coordinators for the implementation of the project
∎ Manage contract with Project Office and Head Office
∎ Build a local level network with different Govt. Office and Educational Institution
∎ Organize different events in different educational institutions
∎ Track project expenditure against respective deliverables and manage budget
∎ Monitor progress of field teams and provide regular updates to the senior management team and lead partners to deliver high-quality and measurable outcomes
∎ Lead the Project members and trainers
∎ Manage the required project documentation, Reporting, and Submissions
∎ Monitor progress and quality of field team and provide regular updates to Associate Director
∎ Supervise relevant staff in project implementation as required for the project
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Proven leadership in the administration of similar activities with skills in strategic planning, management, supervision, and budgeting.
∎ • Ability to responsibly manage funds, monitoring
∎ • Excellent facilitation, coordination, team management, reporting, and presentation skill;
∎ • Ability to work and lead a multi-cultural team and meet deadlines;
∎ • Fluency in the English language and proficiency in computer applications.
∎ • Good English writing, analytical, and communication skills.
∎ • Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ • Willing and able to travel independently
∎ • Energetic and focused approach to sales coaching and mentoring
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
∎ • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, and the internet
∎ • Familiarity with internet-based software systems such as Google Apps
∎ • Hardworking and Good team player
∎ • Positive approach
Salary: Negotiable
