Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/ MSc/ MBA preferably in CSE/ IT or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations. Applicants with PMP / Prince2 certification will be privileged.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all kind of communication with the BRAC programme directors, identify their business needs and assist in developing a solution which is cost effective and ensure return on investments (ROI).
∎ Execute provided major guidance to internal PMU team and relevant tech team to prepare rollout of tech pilot and large scale special projects.
∎ Assist the head of PMU for design, develop and implement the project management best practices.
∎ Mentor and coach the PMO and business project teams to effectively implement the project delivery approach.
∎ Work directly with Business Services teams (as well as internal and external project partners where appropriate) to devise, develop and deliver appropriate and proportionate systems to evaluate key activities at a project level.
∎ The Project Lead is expected to possess a strong leadership in a complex and matrix projectile environment to ensure that project management best practices are followed properly.
∎ Responsible and ensure that information recorded in both electronic and hard copy meets with internal and external audit standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field
∎ Have knowledge on project management methodologies and framework.
∎ Have knowledge on the skills, tools and techniques of project management framework (PMI or Prince2).
