Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc in CSE/EEE/ECE/Telecommunication

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

• Age 25 to 35 years

• At least 2 years’ experience in telecom projects (survey, planning, design, installation, commissioning).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in RF Walk Testing for IBS/repeater projects.

• Knowledge of RF planning (indoor/outdoor), TEMS Investigation, MapInfo, TEMS Discovery.

• Experience in DAS testing, troubleshooting, and Site Master measurements.

• Good command of English & Bengali (speaking & writing).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Coordinate IBS and repeater projects.

• Site survey, planning, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Lead and manage project teams.

• Provide daily project updates to mobile operators and OEM vendors.

• Perform drive/walk tests and make reports using TEMS, MapInfo.

• RF optimization and DAS/IBS system troubleshooting.

• Customer communication, technical presentation, and reporting.

• Salary: Minimum BDT 40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

• Project allowance as per company policy
