Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in social work, psychology, social science, Anthropology or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to the partner in activity implementation process for need assessment as needed in intervention target areas for program designing;
∎ Review, assess and update the intervention situation in areas affected by emergency (camps sites and host communities) including Adolescents, youth, girls and young women with disabilities, barriers for teachers, safe learning environment for adolescent, youth and teachers, quality of learning and teaching, conflict sensitivity, community participation)
∎ Highlight education and lifesavings related issues requiring an immediate or medium term response and inform the AHP Project Manager accordingly Supervise and monitor the psychosocial activities in the CFS (fix and mobile units) ensuring Child protection minimum standards, child safeguarding policies, and child/youth participation and gender balance
∎ Oversee development and implementation of a comprehensive AHP Basic Education and life savings interventions that provides enrichment and day to day operational supports;
∎ Establish and maintain liaison/coordination with local administration at the district, Upazila and Union level; including sub-district level higher education, youth development, social welfare and women & child department etc.
∎ Collaborate with different stakeholders, site management and govt' officials in the respective camps;
∎ Supervise the development of workshops, events and training that will support, inspire, and provide necessary inputs to ensure quality of education and lifesavings program among the Rohinga camp and host communities
∎ Visit programme/project sites to supervise and monitor education, life savings and learning/ awareness related activities in the affected communities
∎ Support reporting and evaluation of EIE programmes output and outcome results achievement;
∎ Keep all related project information in a way so that any information can be provided as per need of the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with program development, planning, delivery and implementation
∎ 3-4 years of experience in education and lifesavings sector. Experience in humanitarian settings is an asset.
∎ Proven project management skills, including in management, activity plan, monitoring and evaluation for
∎ child protection projects.
∎ Knowledge of international humanitarian standards and codes of conduct.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership and is able to support and train local staff and also able to work with disaster affectedcommunities in a sensitive and participatory manner.
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking.
∎ Strong analytical skills: secondary/primary data analysis.
∎ Ability to operate effectively under extreme circumstances including stress, high security risks and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner.
∎ External representation and communication skills, Strong English language skills. Fluency in English and Bangla (both reading and writing).Also know the Chittagonion Language.
∎ Prior experience of working in greater Chittagong Division and knowledge of Humanitarian Context is a plus.
