Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ CA-CC/CMA part qualified is preferable.

Accounts, Project Accountancy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
∎ Cash disbursement to Projects Accountant against approved requisition.
∎ Collecting Site expenses bill, Invoices, MRR and work completion certificate.
∎ Checking Bill, Invoices, MRR and work completion certificate.
∎ Maintaining project wise fixed assets register.
∎ Collecting, Checking and reconciling project Stock ledger, Cash register and daily transaction register.
∎ Assist in cash withdrawn from bank and send to project site.
∎ Physical verification of materials, assets at project site.
∎ Reconcile bank transaction.
∎ Preparing central fixed assets & Inventory report.
∎ Executing software entry (Procurement software).
∎ Preparing invoices processing reports.
∎ Communicating with Vendors for collecting payment receiving acknowledgement.
∎ Assist in budgetary control by comparing invoice quantity, amount with budgeted figures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have knowledge on Invoice processing activities.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on computer application (e.g. MS word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
∎ Information and task monitoring
∎ Proactive, honest, Sincere, hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should be punctual and need tremendous hardworking positive attitude.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Situation managing skill.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose
